A&O Graduate Redux
Well it’s with mixed feelings that I had a look at the recent re-vamp of the A&O graduate site – the fourth iteration that I have had some involvement with (if extremely limited this year.)
SmokeFree Camden Breathes Again …
There is an outside possibility that this project may be resurrected … Aimed at 16 – 25 year olds, the educational flash movie (mostly done in After Effects) would have projected the viewer into the next 50 years, and shown the possible effects on the local environment if smoking continues unchecked (from litter, to air quality, to less local effects such as world hunger and nutritional damage by goring tobacco instead of food crops).

Gradu8 Online Recruitment Fair
Update:
So the week went off without a hitch despite it being the first time that either side (Glass or TJ) had held one of these events. Sure there were a few teething problems with the Chat application on Monday morning – but pretty much from Monday afternoon onwards it was pretty much plain sailing!
Generally the preliminary results were pretty good – the Online Recruitment Fair had roughly 22,000 visitors, of which 4,000 registered. The conversion rate of the registered was around 13% which meant the target of 500+ applications was reached.
World Mental Health Day
As part of the World Mental Health Day campaign both Berkshire Healthcare sites that I’ve been working on for the last 3 months went live today.
Camden Smokefree
As part of the national SmokeFree campaign, at Glass we’ve been working with Camden NHS to come up with a harder-hitting offering than the currently available site ( which was very much led by the national initiatives guidelines).
We did a lot of work developing the copy and came up with an additional ‘positioning’ statement of inside.outside.everywhere which worked really well with the content. The design layouts are still on brand – but with a much harder edge than the current campaign.
