Brief : To design and develop an engaging and fully interactive website to promote the San Miguel "Hidden Depths" campaign, and fulfil the online registration and ticket allocation for the associated 'Hidden Depths' exclusive music and film event nights throughout the summer of 2008.
Overview : The events were run as a series of competitions where people were invited to enter via the website. If they were lucky the site randomly selected them to attend an event, where they could freely mingle with guest artists like, DJ Yoda, Warp Films and Get Cape Wear Cape Fly. The final website included a Video and photo wall, MySpace site, Email and banner campaign.
The entry landing page featured a fully-interactive Flash 'space' that promoted many of the features available at the events, gave registrants access to unique one-off downloads, and pulled-across content from the Blog section. Lower level pages were simpler galleries, entry forms, information pages and download repositories.
Results : This was the second year of the Hidden Depths events and built upon the success of the 2007 campaign. Over 10,000 users visited the site and several thousand subscribed to the newsletters and applied for tickets to the exclusive events.
