Brief : To develop digital website templates for the over-arching parent entity, Baker Tilly International - both from an internet and a corporate extranet standpoint, thus enabling the parent brand to connect with all the international franchisees.
Overview : Working within the confines of Umbraco - an open source Windows based CMS - user journeys were architected and designs developed to present a seamless user experience for both commercial clients and the franchise owners in the numerous global territories. Much attention was paid to updating the rather conservative global brand into a more contemporary digital environment as well as streamlining the usability and user flows.
Results : The International website was launched in early April 2010 and the Corporate Extranet was launched later in the year.
