Brief : Discovery were looking for some user research and marketing positioning for a recently acquired online community which shared users stories and pictures along a timeline -

Overview : This project encompassed a proof of concept and exhaustive user experience architecture phase as well as a total re-branding and re-positioning in the already crowded social media market place. As part of the project the extensive branding, naming and overall market positioning were validated, documented and delivered - as well as full-blown designs and layouts for the proposed re-branded service.

Results : In the end the project was shelved in favour of less expensive initiatives, but the process in re-engineering, re-positioning and re-architecting remains an interesting study.
