Better with Viatel
An integrated print, e-shot and digital advertising campaign for Viatel’s MPLS (Multi Packet Layer Switching) Campaign – focusing on easy set up, faster speeds, better service and more for your money! The printed mailer was an innovative 4-folded piece (see below), and in partnership with the e-shots & banners, took the prospective clients and partners to a Flash-based landing site to sign up for the free offers & free partner workshops.
iPlayer Tivo Please

BBC iPlayer Online Services
iPlayer is great, but really, why am I still having to watch it on my laptop? Why can’t I get it on my TV? Well the good news is that iPlayer _is_ finally going to be available on FreeSat in 2010! Hurrah! Of course Digital Cable services (e.g. Virgin Media) have already been enjoying the iPlayers, not just from the BBC but also 4OD and ITV iPLayer as well, for some time now … I guess we’ll never get it on my current Freeview setup though!
Cloud-Computing vs Apps

Google's Chrome Operating System
With the introduction of Google Wave, following Google Docs and the Google Apps suite of productivity and collaborative working tools released over the last year, the release of Google Chrome is truly one of the most serious ventures in challenging Microsoft’s dominance of the way 90% of the population use their computers.
The inevitable demise of Geocities

Original Yahoo-Geocities Co-branded Landing Page
Geocities, Geocities, Geocities … so Yahoo have finally announced that they will be ditching the Geocities free web-hosting facility. What do internet veterans feel about this?
Buckle up with Viatel
This is the recent mailer and e-shot I put together for Viatel. Viatel are one of the biggest independent ISP service providers focusing on business-to-business only connectivity and wanted to promote their Next Generation Access platform (part of BT’s 21st Century network program which is launching in early September 2009)
Delivering Cleantech solutions made child’s play
Launched in mid-May this was a recent project for Semplice, a Cleantech based consultancy now fully owned by Centrica (British Gas). As is becoming customary on projects that I art direct, there is a susbtsantial rich media component right up front that showcases Semplices Services and their part in the cleantech ‘revolution’ and allows users to “deep-link” to areas of interest throughout the site.
inside.outside.everywhere
Camden Smokefree is live … it’s taken a while with fixing all the QA issues but for the main part it’s been a very enjoyable project with some very forward-thinking and ambitious clients. There will be more to this campaign in the near future, mostly aimed at the younger 18-24 year old demographic – but for the time being it hits the main 18 – 50 year old fairly varied demographic head on. There’s information and interest for both smokers and non-smokers, and with the apposite inside.outside.everywhere positioning, it neatly breaks down the problems of smoking into: what it does to you, what it does to those around you and finally, the global impact of the smoking industry (which has been recently identified as a new ‘tipping’ point for some of the younger, socially conscious part of the demographic).
World Mental Health Day
As part of the World Mental Health Day campaign both Berkshire Healthcare sites that I’ve been working on for the last 3 months went live today.
